Office Administrator - Full Time/Permanent
Location: Basford, Nottingham
Salary: National minimum wage (to be periodically reviewed)
Holidays: 25 Days (excluding bank holidays)
Start date: Immediate
We currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator in a small well-established construction business based in Basford, Nottingham.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- answering telephone calls
- monitoring and dealing with emails
- ordering stationery
- filing (manual & electronic)
- managing of post
- photocopying
- Posting of purchase ledger invoices
- setting up suppliers & dealing with supplier queries
We are seeking an individual who is confident, reliable, organised, flexible, self-motivated & enthusiastic. Someone who is able to work to deadlines and is willing to learn and progress to a financial administrator role which will include, sales ledger, purchase ledger & sub-contract ledger.
Basic experience of Microsoft Office advantageous. Full training will be provided.
