We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Computer experience is good but full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, job planning and emails
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Assist in preparing report, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, excel and our online certification where training will be provided
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management practices
