We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to staff and customers. This role requires proficiency in clerical duties and data entry along with excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing assistance as needed. Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity. Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.

Experience



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
