We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen.
The role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Efficiently manage project data, drawings and correspondence
Document Controller for project drawings (where applicable and advised)
Maintain and administer project data on all business systems including Asite, Fastdraft, etc.
Provision of administrative support to site staff including all typing / filing / archiving / photocopying / scanning
Receiving telephone calls / email enquiries and responding accordingly
First point of contact for visitors to the site office, greet visitors to reception and make welcome
Assist in resolving any basic IT issues within the office and site and escalating to Group IT department where necessary
Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented, completed and/or returned by due date
Organise meetings and prepare meeting rooms
Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company policies are followed in line with the Management System
Monitor clients Fastdraft system and ensure good lines of communication with site teams and management.
Collate certification and client handover packs
What we're looking for:
Previous experience of office administration in a busy office environment
Previous experience of the construction industry would be a distinct advantage
IT Literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and databases
Good general level of education is required (including Math's and English)
HNC/HND Business Administration (preferred)
