Duties
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management

Maintain and update organisational databases using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Ensure the organisation's digital tools such as Google Workspace are utilised effectively for collaboration
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry and document preparation
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work undertaken
