Job Description

Frixos Metalworks Ltd is a family owned and run business that has been in operation since 1978.

A vacancy has newly become available within the company for a Receptionist/Office Administrator.

The following would be the main duties required for the role:

Reception duties such as

:

Answering the phone, taking messages, receiving post / deliveries etc. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.

Office Administrator Duties such as:



Monitoring, issuing and maintaining office supplies Printing of construction drawings for the drawing office General filing Maintaining company vehicle logs inclusive of insurances, license checks, fines, taxing of company vehicles Handle congestion charges and parking requests for employee vehicles Monitor training matrix and schedule refresher training when applicable Raising and placing of purchase orders for office supplies, training and PPE Basic accounts assistance (printing of invoices, matching of PO's and delivery notes)
Computer literacy with a solid knowledge and aptitude for Microsoft Office is essential.

Working hours for this role would be Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm

Position required to be fulfilled ASAP.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
