Office Administration Role
handle incoming enquiries via telephone
Processing sales invoices
Processing purchase ledger
credit control
Dealing with suppliers
Stationary ordering
Raising hire contracts
Provide a high level of customer service
Provide office administration support for the office team
The Person
Fully competent administrative skills and ability
Able to manage their own workload as required with minimum supervision
Attention to detail
Good people skills and phone manner when speaking with customers
Pro-active and can-do attitude
Strong competency using Excel, Word and other MS office applications
Ability to calmly manage customer enquiries
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a dynamic and fast growing business

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
