We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team at GES Agriquip. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in data entry, invoicing and document handling
Organise and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
Support order processing, dispatch cordination and stock records
Liasise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Provide general admin support to management and staff as needed.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
Familiarity with Xero is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for daily operations.
Previous clerical experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to multi task and work indendently with attention to detail.
A friendly can do attitude with a willingness to learn.
