Job Description

We are a busy, expanding firewood business and are seeking an enthusiastic individual with great customer service skills to join our team.
Orders are primarily received via our website, however a pleasant telephone manner is essential as sales are also taken over the phone.

Main duties:



Answering customer phone calls & emails Processing orders and payments Scheduling deliveries General admin tasks (Excel / Google Sheets experience preferred) Monitoring Social Media

Qualifications:



Experience in sales administration and customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent time management and organisational abilities Computer literacy with a solid understanding of IT tools and applications
A knowledge of firewood is preferential however full training will be provided.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Day shift No weekends
