Job description
A reputable civil engineering consultancy looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Belfast.
The Role:
Providing administrative support to the office
Managing emails, project documentation & files
Dealing with incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist in the preparation of documents/letters for post
General office duties
Update/search information on project database as required
Make travel arrangements when necessary
Full time role Monday - Friday, 40hr working week
Subject to a trial period
Qualifications and Experience:
4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above - including Maths and English; or a minimum of two years relevant experience particularly in an administration role in a busy office environment
Previous office administration experience is desirable but not essential -transferable skills will be considered
Working knowledge of IT programmes including Microsoft packages
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Proactive and a self starter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,000.00-24,000.00 per year
