Role Summary



We are looking for a proactive and organised

Office Administrator

to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations and maintaining an efficient office environment. You'll be at the heart of our administrative processes, contributing to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Departmental Support



Provide daily administrative assistance to all department heads, including scheduling, email coordination, and general clerical support.

Document Management & Filing Systems



Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including HR records, supplier documentation, and internal compliance files.

Internal Communication & Coordination



Act as a liaison between departments to support effective communication, meeting preparation, and internal reporting.

Procurement & Office Supplies



Monitor stock levels and reorder office and admin-related supplies as needed. Track deliveries and ensure timely replenishment.

Data Entry & System Maintenance



Accurately input and maintain data across spreadsheets, shared drives, and internal platforms.

PA Support to Managing Director



Assist the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and confidential admin tasks.

Ad Hoc Project Support



Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives, including compliance documentation, reporting, and event planning.

Requirements



Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional phone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software (desirable but not essential). Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
