JST Electronics is a family run business with over 30 years of experience. We are domestic appliance repair specialists, based in Bellshill. JST are looking for a hard-working individual with a willingness to learn, who can keep up with the fast pace of our growing business. Candidate

must

have at least 12 months previous administration and customer service experience, be able to work independently and as part of a team and have computer skills using Microsoft Office packages, namely Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in a technical and logistics environment would be preferred.

Job description

:

- Inputting customer data across various platforms.

- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence accurately and in a timely manner.

- Process orders, bookings, or service requests accurately and in a timely manner.

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Handle customer orders and invoices, as well as carrying out monthly analysis on invoices.

- Support management and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.00-13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
