Role Overview
In this administrator-based role, you'll play a key part in our daily operations, supporting various administrative functions across all our services. The role is dynamic and multifaceted - on any given day you might be adding new products to our WMS and Shopify stores, managing incoming deliveries, emailing with a clients management and their end-consumers or assisting with an IT or finance task to assist in keeping the business running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and capable of being adaptable.

Candidate Requirements
Experience & knowledge:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office role or a degree is mandatory. Experience with Excel (vLookups and pivot tables) is necessary and any within the e-commerce industry is a major advantage. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Shopify and QuickBooks are also of interest.
Skills:
the ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills and the ability to stay focused. We need you to have a high level of accuracy in everything you do; you'll be someone who naturally double-checks their work and takes pride in getting things right.
Ability to work with and quickly learn new technology is essential. Being comfortable with understanding logic-based scripts and rules is also required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Politeness and professional in emails, and comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
Basic numeracy & fiscal aptitude:
You'll be dealing with numbers often, so a head for figures helps. Likewise, you should be willing to troubleshoot minor tech issues and coordinate with professionals on projects and bigger issues for potential solutions.
Team player:
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. We are a small team, and occasionally it's "all hands on deck" to meet deadlines. We're looking for someone who's willing to roll up their sleeves and is eager to help, even if it means standing packing orders all day in the warehouse.

Salary & Benefits
Salary:
25,000 - 30,000 per annum
, depending on skill set and experience.
Employment type:
Permanent, in-office, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-5).
