We are looking to take an Office Assistant on Full Time Basis.
Being the first person clients meet when the visit the company, your professionalism is essential. The role is busy and wide ranging with administration part of the role.  
Duties include:  
Answering telephone calls in a professional manner  
Dealing with enquiries, Meeting and greeting clients  
Using a diary management system, booking appointments  
Providing secretarial support when required  
Filing and general administration work  
Knowledge or Word, Excel, and Social Media.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who:
Is very well presented, is polished and professional, and has a  
pleasant and friendly manner  
Has excellent communication skills, both written and orally

initiative, have excellent communication skills and are articulate,
