The Role: Office Administrator:



You'll be the organisational heart of the office that transforms daily administrative needs into seamless efficiency. You understand how to take a demanding administrative flow and turn it into spot-on execution across finance, facilities and HR. You'll act as the welcoming first point of contact, managing incoming calls, scheduling, and correspondence with professionalism. You'll be involved with the day to day financial administration of the business, including raising purchase orders to suppliers, processing customer invoices, credit control and chasing outstanding payments.

You'll be the first point of contact for all recruitment related activities, and will support the General Manager in various HR tasks as well as reconciling staff expenses and overtime for payroll.

We're looking for someone who will thrive as the organised go-to person who will take full ownership of the office and client facing spaces. You'll ensure the environment is clean and well-maintained, liaising with external suppliers and making sure that all consumables are well stocked. You'll champion sustainable best practices, leading in the monitoring and reporting of the company's carbon tracking data.

You'll be joining a dynamic team where your skills will directly influence the productive team that develops the innovative live experiences we're known for.

Your Typical Workday:



? Act as the first point of contact on phone calls, mail and the primary email account, directing enquiries to the correct people.

? Send invoices out to clients whilst processing received invoices into our accounting system.

? Undertake credit control procedures, liaising with clients in chasing overdue payments.

? Provide core administrative backing to the leadership team, processing staff expenses & overtime, assisting with HR and recruitment activities, or tracking & reporting carbon data.

? Ensure that all staff welfare facilities are maintained & well stocked and that client facing areas are clean and well presented.

Reports To

: General Manager

Schedule

:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility required

Location

: Borehamwood (25min from central London)

Salary

: Dependent on experience

Holiday

: 30 Days including Bank Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
