Job Description

Brightcore Consultancy is a leading safeguarding and mental health consultancy for education settings and the workplace. Lead Consultant and founder, Oliver Welsby, is looking for an Office Administrator to perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks, as well as support with marketing and client relations.

The Office Administrator responsibilities include managing calendars, emails and calls, copywriting, marketing support and administration. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, proficient with Word, have great time management skills, be a great communicator, and pay a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:



Act as the point of contact among consultants, trainers, clients and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage consultant & trainers' calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Copywriting reports to support the consultants Add bookings to Cademy and update all the registers Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organise and maintain the office filing system Support training events by organising training packs for postage and managing all email communication with delegates

Requirements and skills



Work experience as an Office Adminsitrator, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Excellent typewriting skills Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Self-motivated and able to work independently, whilst paying a high level of attention to detail. Experience of the world of education and UK schools would be a big advantage

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-orientated, and proactive to support the Brightcore team and grow Brightcore Consultancy. They need to provide essential support in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office. They must have good communication skills to share information with the team efficiently and effectively. Due to the working hours, this position could be ideal for someone with childcare obligations.

WORKING WEEK & HOURS:



School term time plus five weeks and May Bank holidays (8.5 weeks set holidays per year) 25 hours per week divided over 5 days: Monday - Friday (3 days @ 8.45am to 1.15pm plus 2 days @ 8.45am to 2.15pm)

Office based 5 days a week. Office address: Unit 4C, Faraday Drive Business Park, Bridgnorth, Shropshire WV15 5BZ
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
