Office/Administration Assistant
Role:
Aerofin Laboratories require an office/administration assistant to join our small friendly team, to support our Planning and Progression Lead with the daily tasks associated with the smooth running of the office operations of our independent commercial laboratory.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Answering the phone/emails
Receiving and booking in jobs
Planning and progression updates
Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the best standard of service.
Outbound calls to customers
Social media updates
Stock control and purchasing
Shipping and logistics coordination
Alongside a great attitude the following are required:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to handle confidential information
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
