Job Description

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our clients & suppliers therefore some experience of reception duties would be advantageous along with effective telephone skills. The role involves assisting with the management of on-going & new projects with the use of electronic web based files.

The role also involves providing administration support to site supervisors, organising your own workload, data entry & upkeep of databases so you must also have an aptitude for attention to detail.

Computer literate & familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications, training will be provided for use of our bespoke systems. You should have a good standard of numeracy, literacy, & good communication skills, ideally with experience in a similar role but not essential as training will be provided.

We are a construction based company offering our clients a mixture of building, maintenance, construction and refurbishment, expriance of the industry is an advantage to;

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Tradify

- Provide administrative support to the office staff

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person

- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero software

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus

- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
