We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software. use of time and resources.

Managing incoming and outgoing post. Dealing with telephone enquires. Maintain a complete and fully reconciled petty cash book and residents funding Typing meeting minutes and reports. Daily bed state reporting via e-mail. Checking supplier's invoices and delivery notes. Ordering of food and groceries/provisions. Liaising with HO Accounts and dealing with payroll queries from staff members on a monthly basis. Updating of notice boards/activities programmes. General maintenance of the nursing home with handymen, ensuring that the solutions implemented are the most cost effective. Commitment to e-mail communication strategies with effective Record and keep safe Service User's pocket monies in the safe. Show round prospective Service Users and record enquires and maintain a full and happy home.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
