About the Role



NFF Precision Ltd is looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our administration team. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our production team, customers, and suppliers.

As the first point of contact for many interactions, you must be confident and professional when handling phone calls and emails, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently. You'll support a variety of business operations, including quoting, order processing, documentation, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities



Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages. Monitoring and responding to emails; escalating or forwarding where appropriate. Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Office (primarily Word & Excel) Scanning and attaching documents to the company's management system. Generating works orders and delivery documentation from pre-defined instructions. Logging customer quote requests and processing orders in the company's system. Purchasing required components for customer orders. Liaising with the production team to produce accurate customer delivery reports. Raising delivery notes and invoices in line with customer requirements. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and following up on delivery timelines. Undertaking general office duties and occasional administrative tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Attributes



Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, professional, and approachable manner. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel). High attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable following structured business processes. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience



Prior experience in a similar administrative or office-based role. Knowledge of aerospace/engineering industry requirements. Experience using customer management or order processing systems.
