We are recruiting an enthusiastic individual with an interest in office and accounts administration within the property sector to join our friendly and supportive team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across office operations, accounting and property management within a growing and respected business.

The Role



As our Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Support daily office operations by answering phones, managing emails and liaising with clients to maintain strong professional relationships Support basic accounting functions, including processing invoices and purchase orders, completing bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting. Confidently use various software packages for day to day operations such as Xero, Microsoft, Excel, Adobe and Click-up Support the team with property management, including promoting and managing office rental units, reviewing lease documents, and maintaining tenancy records.

What we are looking for



The ideal candidate will have:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills Experience with basic accounting tasks and financial processes Good IT proficiency, with confidence using Excel, Microsoft Office and Adobe A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
