We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to utilise software tools such as Sage 50 Accounts. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and supporting our team in achieving its goals.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
Answer phone calls professionally. dealing with emails and face to face interaction. Taking payments. inputting orders and invoices.
Organising courier For deliveries.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. At least two years previous experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computerised systems.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Sage 50 Accounts is advantageous.
