Agnew General Engineering Ltd are seeking an Office Administrator to run the day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities are:
Accounts Payable and Receivable on Sage
Purchase and Sales Invoices
Quarterly VAT Returns
Wages (Sage) and Pension contributions (Nest) weekly for 10 Staff
Liaise with HMRC
Reconcile Bank
General Office Duties as required
Essential Skills:
To be able to work independently on own initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel and Word
Desirable Skills:
Knowlege of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll desirable but training will be provided
Previous experience in and office environment/book-keeping role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13,000.00-14,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
