Dyfed CCTV is a local family run supplier & installer of CCTV products that covers all of Wales, and beyond. We are looking for someone to provide support to the current office manager & directors. This is a role open to progression within the company.
Dyfed CCTV is looking for a suitable candidate that has;
Experience in office management
Experience in call handling / taking customer enquiries
Experience in Accounting
Experience in IT & Computing (Xero, Sage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Experience of acting as a personal assistant
Experience in GDPR and the obligations for a company
Our ideal candidate due to the nature of this role, as well as all the above, will need to be trustworthy, loyal, efficient and have good organisational and communication skills. They must also be comfortable in using their initiative. They need to have an excellent professional telephone manner.
