We are currently seeking a proactive, professional, and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key support role, providing essential administrative assistance to our Site Management and Health & Safety teams, while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-focused, and capable of managing a varied workload in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and distribute daily reports to support Site Management.
Support the Health & Safety Manager with scanning, filing, and maintaining records such as inductions, TBTs, training certificates, SDS/COSHH documentation, and compliance certificates.
Maintain and update H&S noticeboards and assist in creating and referencing site folders and tracking sheets in PPM.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct as needed.
Greet and manage visitors via the intercom system, ensuring a friendly first impression.
Perform general office duties and ensure accurate, organised documentation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Professional, approachable, and a team player.
Desirable:
Experience supporting Health & Safety or Site Management teams.
Familiarity with document control systems, archiving procedures and PPM platforms.
