Dual Inventive specialises in the use of highly advanced technology in the railway, with track worker safety being our key focus. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our friendly team.



The post requires an individual who is proactive, very organised and who can work effectively on their own initiative. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and will not be suitable for entry level candidates - previous experience of handling wide ranging administrative duties (of the sort listed below) in a varied, sometimes challenging and dynamic setting is essential.






Our Doncaster location offers first-class, modern office facilities and a great working environment. Whilst the role is based there, part of the job will also involve liaising remotely with our wider English-speaking finance and administration team located in the Netherlands. This is a full time role and our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch.

Your responsibilities as Office Administrator will include:





Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - preparing invoices for customers and ensuring bills are paid on time. General reception duties - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail and email with professionalism. Procurement of office purchases and consumables. Monthly expense reconciliations. Supporting with the administration of shipments to/from customers and our different sites. Administration of the UK facility, managing all relevant suppliers. Administration of UK vehicle fleet and insurances. Undertake general reception duties. Maintain organised digital records and files, ensuring compliance.

The requirements are:





Demonstrable experience in a similar role Confident communicator, able to build and maintain stakeholder relations Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Able to work on your own and as part of a team Able to work to deadlines and to meet targets Able to provide required documents to verify your right to work in UK Willing to travel on occasion to attend events/training etc Full, clean driving license
