Firstcall Trade Services requires a new office administrator to join our ever- growing team:
Key responsibilities:
Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
Using remote visual assistance to connect with onsite operatives to manage jobs
Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents
Booking surveys/ customer appointments
Completing admin duties such as invoicing/ planning
Ordering materials for jobs
Attending to deliveries to the office
Tagging stock and labelling in line with orders
Quickly actioning and scheduling reactive jobs
Essential requirements:
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
Previous administrative experience
Polite telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within the building trade industry
Experience of material ordering.
Experience within similar trade environment
