We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting our staff and enhancing overall office efficiency.
Duties
Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Maintain organised records and documentation for easy retrieval
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone manner
Some accounting support around debtor and creditor reports as required
Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming for both staff and visitors
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer software including Word, Excel
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
