Overview


We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our busy estate agency. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for sales and rentals , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a key role in helping the team deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients and visitors, answering telephone and email enquiries professionally. Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate property viewings. Prepare property listings for marketing - including descriptions, photos, and uploads to portals. Maintain and update client and property records Assist in preparing sales memorandums, and other documentation. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, clients and contractors as needed. Support the progression of sales, keeping all parties informed. Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor and order office supplies, and manage general office upkeep. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required.

Skills & Requirements:



Previous administrative experience, ideally within property or a customer-facing office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Social media outlets Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Desirable (Not Essential)



Experience in an estate agency environment. Knowledge of the property sales process. Understanding of relevant legal and compliance requirements (e.g., AML, GDPR).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
