## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of Kelly Mitchell Automotive

## Duties
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Managing the diary, booking vehicles in.
- Ordering parts from suppliers in a timely manner.
- Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records in the garage planner..
- Utilising Microsoft Suite for various office tasks.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Using computerised systems for tasks such as record-keeping and correspondence.
- Assisting in financial tasks. Taking payments from customers.

- Proficient use of social media to help the business maintain its activeness within the local community.

- Speaking to and liaising with customers in the front office.

## Qualifications
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with computerised systems for managing office operations.

Additional information:

*Full-time - 37.5 hours week, from 8.30 am to 5 pm

*28 days paid holidays including bank holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,900.00-27,000.00 per year
