We are now seeking a proactive and organised

Office Administrator

to join our back-office support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of a professional financial services business.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative support to advisers and paraplanners Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails Maintain client records and update information within our CRM system Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain required documentation Prepare and process new business applications and client reports Assist with compliance and file checking procedures Organise meetings, appointments, and diary management for advisers General office management tasks (supplies, filing, scanning, etc.)

About You



Previous experience in an office administration desirable but not essential Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
