Office Administrator



Due to restructuring, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Team.

Main duties will include working at Reception, including assisting Customers and welcoming Visitors. You will also be answering the Phone and transferring calls accordingly. Therefore, excellent communication skills are vital.

You must be computer literate, as you will be performing data entry roles on a daily basis. Experience using Microsoft Packages including Excel are required. A knowledge of Sage 50 would be beneficial but not essential.

Any other administration tasks as required.

Working hours will be 10:00-15:00 Monday-Friday (Additional Full Time Holiday Cover)
