We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, ordering of parts, organising, and providing support to staff and clients.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow Answer phone calls professionally and address inquiries logging jobs and ordering of parts Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity

Requirements



Strong administrative skills Excellent phone manner and communication skills Ability to type accurately and efficiently Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 26,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
