Bell & Higgins require to add experienced office administrator to their growing team.
Bell and Higgins have a proven track record of delivering reactive/planned maintenance projects within various sectors, including private/housing association/insurance etc.
Qualifications or experience required -
Minimum 10 years experience required in similar environment.
- Experience working with other office/admin staff within the office
- Experience of maintenance/building work in a fast paced environment
- Experience of dealing with trades people and capability to designate workload and complete/sign off tasks
-Candidate will be liable for overseeing the general office tasks
- Dealing with sales enquiries and ensuring that these are followed up in a timely manner
- Liase with directors daily to ensure that all tasks are being completed
Build and maintain relationships with clients/staff and sub-contractors
- Finance/invoicing experience welcomed
- CV to be submitted
Salary negotiable dependant on the candidates experience.
