The Role
Based in the rural village of Arlingham, Gloucestershire, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team . The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and production facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in data entry, and have strong knowledge of office procedures and systems. A background in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. As a small company we would expect that a can do approach to tasks would be a natural attribute. As well as office related duties the successful candidate would be asked to assist in other production related tasks such as stock control, despatch of finished parts and light workshop tasks.

Duties
- Maintain our MRP ( Material Planning System) to reflect incoming orders, goods dispatched and current production schedules.

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office and workshop supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for external clients
- Maintain Quality Assurance Reports such as KPI

Experience
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and systems
- Familiar with Quality System Audits preferably AS9100
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus

Please be aware this is a Part Time role of 12 hours per weeks the working days are flexible to a large extent as are the shift patterns. Some home working may be considered once familiar with the role. Term time working may also be considered.
