Job Summary


We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our small office team within a family run business. The position requires excellent admin and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask. Your role will be supporting the current office staff with order taking, invoicing, queries and general admin. We are currently not on any social media platforms so you may be tasked with setting up and managing this, if time permits but not essential.

Responsibilities



. Answer phone calls to take orders, help with queries and enquiries, directing calls appropriately.

Invoicing to get the daily deliveries out on time, send copy invoices, take credit card payments.

Provide admin support to the Office Manager including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents and general admin duties.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and spreadsheets.

Skills



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

The ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Great communication and literacy skills.

Work independently as well as within a friendly team.

Excellent time keeping.

Hours will be 9-2.30 Monday to Friday, there may be some flexibility with the leave time if need be.
