Office Support Hero

Join us in keeping the Cudox family running smoothly!

As part of our warm and caring team, you'll help coordinate the heartbeat of our office--handling email enquiries and appointments, keeping our diaries up to date, arranging meetings with partner organisations and supporting networking events while making sure our documents are in good order. You'll also manage our day to day finances, keep our files neat and organised, and make sure that our clients and visitors feel welcome and supported. You'll be helping us to make a real difference at Cudox and within our community!

HOURS OF WORK: 15 hours a week

LOCATION: 10-12 Abbey Walk, Grimsby DN31 1NB

Core Responsibilities

1. Office & Therapy Room Support

? Support the smooth running and general administration of Cudox's office and therapy rooms.

? Maintain a professional, friendly manner and appearance when greeting clients and visitors.

? Answer telephone calls and manage email enquiries efficiently and warmly.

2. Information & Record Management

? Organise and store paperwork, documentation, and digital information centrally, ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines.

? Keep daily records of client attendance, cancellations, and non-attendees up to date using our case management system.

? Assist in updating client files and contacts for our therapy team.

3. Scheduling & Communication

? Manage daily calendars for the team and wider organisation, including room bookings and appointments.

? Contribute to internal and external meetings, producing agendas and taking accurate and clear minutes.

4. Financial & Administrative Support

? Manage invoices, petty cash expenses, and the distribution of invoices and payments.

? Ensure stationery, promotional materials, and other resources are available, re-ordering as necessary.

5. Promotion & Project Support

? Support the promotion of Cudox through social media platforms, our website, and networking events.

? Assist in the management of Cudox's contracted delivery with external organisations and funded projects, ensuring all required evidence is gathered for reporting.
