About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to support the smooth daily running of our offices. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin - from keeping supplies stocked, meeting and greeting clients to supporting internal communications and organising logistics for meetings and events.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to the everyday and being at the heart of a busy, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Admin Support
Maintain tidy and well-equipped meeting areas with appropriate refreshments, and greet clients with professionalism and care
Oversee internal postal processes
Keep the office clean, restock office supplies, manage deliveries, and liaise with suppliers
Help with general upkeep of branded materials and client stationery (with support from the wider team)
Keep track of recurring office-based services (e.g. cleaners, maintenance etc.)
Organise practical details for staff meetings, team events, and internal communications
Support with simple IT and office troubleshooting across both sites
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an admin, reception, or coordination role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication style - written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to take ownership of everyday tasks
A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in as part of a small team

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
