We are a busy, friendly team specialising in delivering and installing office furniture, acoustic solutions, and commercial fit-outs across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our Hertfordshire-based office.
The Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll support the smooth running of the office by handling key administrative duties and providing excellent communication to both customers and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and emails across multiple inboxes
Processing orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork
Booking jobs with customers and coordinating schedules
Maintaining CRM and internal systems
Supporting the operations team with logistics and project admin
Filing, data entry, and general office tasks
About You:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing your own workload
Proficient in Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Experience in admin, customer service, or logistics support is desirable but not essential
Willing to learn and grow within the company
