Air Passenger Solicitors is a law firm specialising in flight delay and cancellation compensation claims. We are seeking an organised and reliable individual to manage email communications between airlines, courts, and our clients.
The role is primarily administrative and client-facing, requiring confidence in written communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fast and accurate data entry is key.
Full training is provided for candidates without prior legal experience, although experience in a legal, customer service, or similar administrative role would be desirable. The successful candidate will also assist with general administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to email communications with airlines, courts, and clients
Accurately enter and update data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Monitor inboxes and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly and appropriately
Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team
Maintain organised digital filing systems for correspondence and documents
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise
Experience and Skills
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or similar role is desirable
Confidence in written communication with a professional and clear tone
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
