We're excited to welcome an experienced Office Administrator to join our dedicated and passionate team in the heart of Hove (East Sussex). This role operates within a collaborative and supportive environment, under the guidance of our Operations Manager and existing administration team. Seated in reception, this role would suit someone outgoing and people-oriented as the face of our business.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate data entry, document scanning and storage, managing inbound and outbound post, taking payments, maintaining tidy and welcoming client areas, answering and directing inbound calls and emails, communicating with various departments and third parties, providing holiday cover for colleagues and following processes that align with industry regulations.

A bit about you



You'll need to have a minimum of one year's experience in an office-based administration role - even better if this has been in the legal sector. To meet client demands, it's important that you're able to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining good accuracy and organisation in your work.

As the first port of call for clients visiting our Hove office, it's also vital that you are able to present yourself well, put clients at ease and are able to balance client needs with those of your colleagues.
