The Role:
Dot-The-Eye Ltd are looking to employ a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Business, Facilities, and Information Technology Team. We are looking for someone to work in the office every weekday, but there could be some flexibility in the specific hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
Answering the phone for Dot-The-Eye and our customers.
Answering the front door and signing in visitors when required.
Monitoring shared email accounts and actioning incoming emails.
Monitoring levels of groceries, stationery, and consumables, and topping up when required.
Dealing with both outgoing and incoming mail daily, including deliveries in and parcels for dispatch
Regular stock-counts.
Business administration and governance.
Meeting preparation for Dot-The-Eye and its customers.
Minute taking with occasional attendance at meetings off site.
Occasional dispatching both physical and electronic online store orders on behalf of our customers and updating sales records.

The Person:
The key skills and qualities for this role are:
Good level of written and spoken English.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of using own initiative when required.
Comfortable liaising with a range of individuals from differing backgrounds.
Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Experience within a small company working environment beneficial.
Experience with the Microsoft Office software package.
