We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting the overall functionality of the office.

Duties



Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications. Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members as required. Support inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential. Social Media Awareness
