Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with ideally property admin experience to join our market leading Palmer & Partners Suffolk team based in our Ipswich office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in all Computer aspects.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute all aspects of the sales admin process.
Requirements:
- Proficient in all computer aspects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately at fast speed
