About the Role

As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Administration

Handling incoming queries by phone and email Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts Preparing quotes and invoices Updating our CRM system so that it is always up to date Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Customer Support Administration

Handling incoming queries by phone and email Providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance to our customers Logging and resolving customer issues promptly Actively liaising with other team members
Operational Support Administration

Coordinating schedules and logistics for collections and deliveries Maintaining accurate records and documentation Supporting the operations team with day-to-day admin tasks

Must haves:

A well presented individual who is helpful, courteous and has a good command of written and spoken English. A good, warm, helpful telephone manner. A good team player that can work on their own, and be an integral part of the team Previous experience in an office administration role Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a supportive team A willingness to keep performing 'when the pressure is on' Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency with G docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Other qualities we'd love:

Previous experience in an office administration role (ideally with exposure to sales or customer service)o Experience in the recycling or waste industry is a bonus, but not essential
