PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:





As Operations Support Administrator you will be responsible for the management of all incoming and outgoing post and cheques, ensuring all files are up to date with the relevant documentation to assist in the delivery of a superior consumer journey.

AS OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR YOU WILL:





Open and sort all incoming post including cheques, ensuring accurate distribution Scan all incoming documents on to the system, allocating to the correct files Work with finance to clear office balances in preparation for file closure Supporting with submission of applications against our ATE policies Assist file handlers with general queries to aid file progression Manage multiple inboxes actioning emails from clients as well as third parties Oversee facilities activities including ordering groceries, stationary, dealing with visitors etc Manage the printing of all outgoing post, ensuring any inaccuracies are logged and corrected Perform any other administrative duties and support in dealing with customer queries as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:





Experience of working in the personal injury sector Ability to work individually, and part of a team Proven administration skills Confident and capable decision maker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate attention to detail Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines Strong IT competence Excellent customer service skills
