As we expand, we're looking for a confident, motivated, and detail-driven Office Administrator to support our Operations Manager and wider team. This is your chance to step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same and your career has room to grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, providing crucial support to our Operational Managers across a wide range of responsibilities including:
General administrative tasks across the business
Supporting Health & Safety and HR processes
Assisting with transport and vehicle coordination
Ordering stock and consumables
Handling incoming and outgoing calls to support customers and suppliers
Greeting visitors and customers in our welcoming showroom
Keeping records and systems up-to-date using our internal software
Working closely with the Sales and Admin teams, including covering holiday absences
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong time management
Friendly, well-presented, and confident on the phone
A natural communicator - both written and verbal
Proactive, positive, and able to stay calm under pressure
Empathetic with a genuine desire to provide top-level customer service
Focused with great attention to detail
Experienced in admin (desirable but not essential)
Confident using computers, especially Microsoft Office

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
