Our office is lively, friendly, and always busy (often fuelled by biscuits). We're now looking for an Office Administrator who can jump in with both feet and keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
This is no ordinary admin role. You'll play a key part in supporting the operational heartbeat of the business, working closely with our Operations Manager, Installation teams, and wider office staff. Every day will bring new tasks and new opportunities to make a real difference.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Operational & Stone Supply Support
Assisting with weekly stone supply ordering, including preparing reports, checking requirements, and communicating with suppliers
Supporting the operational workflow by ensuring orders, deliveries, returns, and stock processes run efficiently
Helping maintain accurate records in Pipedrive and other systems to keep projects moving seamlessly
General Administration & Office Support
Keeping the office running smoothly with proactive admin and organisational support
Ordering stock, consumables, and keeping the vending machine well stocked (yes--you're the snack hero!)
Managing incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and warmth
Welcoming customers and visitors into our showroom with a friendly, confident presence
Maintaining accurate office records, logs, and documentation
Supporting Health & Safety and HR administration
Operational Logistics
Assisting with vehicle coordination, service bookings, and transport planning
Pitching in to support Sales and Admin teams during busy periods, holidays, or when deadlines loom
About You
You're someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and likes being at the centre of everything. You're confident, organised, and ready to support wherever the business needs you.
You'll shine in this role if you are:
A natural multitasker with a calm, positive approach
Friendly, confident, and well-presented - you'll often be the first face or voice customers meet
Detail-focused and naturally organised
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience is essential)
Happy to get stuck in--from admin tasks to operational problem-solving
Experienced in admin (a bonus but not essential if you learn quickly!)
