MiBed Furmanac Limited is a fast-growing, Kingswinford based company. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage daily administrative tasks (phone & email)
Entering orders and processing invoices
Suggesting products for retailers to sell.
Must work quickly and efficiently in a busy office environment.
Must work well under pressure
Manage customer service requests from customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and repairs to their furniture
Assist in the preparation of reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Skills:
Must have good excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong phone presence.
Must work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
