is a fast-growing, ambitious security company that thrives in providing high-quality security services that protect our clients and their patrons.

Due to increased demand for our services, we are now recruiting an office administrator/recruitment assistant to manage our office and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

The role is suited to a positive, ambitious, well-organised, and excellent timekeeper professional who can direct, manage, and dispose of administrative and recruitment tasks proficiently and to a high standard.

A professional who can adhere to written guidance, best industry practices and implement "on the go" requirements as outlined by the Management.

The role suits an individual with experience as an office manager, senior recruitment specialist, or "headhunter". However, we will consider any applicants who have relevant or transferable skills suitable for the role.

Candidates with experience in a similar role working for an well-established security company will be prioritised.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and clerical tasks to support team activities. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital. Facilitate communication between departments and assist with human resources functions. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications



Supervisory and clerical experience in an office environment Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and team management Background in human resources is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
